Referral Ecosystem

Commission Free Referral System: Instead of charging commission fees, the DRIFE platform operates on a referral system where a portion of the fare is distributed as referral rewards.

DRF Distribution: Referral rewards are distributed to both the driver and rider in the form of DRF tokens, creating demand and supply for the token within the ecosystem.

Stimulating Demand: The referral system stimulates demand for the DRF token by generating a continuous flow of transactions and rewards within the DRIFE platform.

Both drivers and riders can refer others to Drife.

You earn a one-time referral bonus of Rs. 50 when the referred person takes their first ride.

Example Scenario 1 - Driver Referral:

Persona: John is an active driver on the Drife platform.

Action: John refers Sarah, another driver, to join Drife.

Result: Sarah signs up as a driver on Drife. John earns Rs. 50 in his Drife wallet once Sarah completes her first ride.

Example Scenario 2 - Rider Referral:

Persona: Emily is a frequent rider on Drife.bra

Action: Emily refers David, a friend who hasn't used Drife before, to try the service.

Result: David signs up as a rider on Drife and takes his first ride. Emily earns Rs. 50 in her Drife wallet.

Ongoing 1% Referral Earnings

This mechanism allows you to earn continuously based on referrals.

If a driver refers another driver or a rider refers another rider or driver, and the referred user takes a ride, you receive 1% of the driver earnings for each ride.

This 1% is deducted from the drivers earnings.

*Fare is is the driver earning after deducting taxes

Example Scenario 1 - Driver Referral:

Persona: Alex is an active driver on Drife.

Action: Alex refers Michael, another driver, to join Drife.

Result: Michael signs up as a driver on Drife. Now, every time Michael completes a ride, 1% of his earnings for that ride are credited to Alex's driver wallet. For instance, if Michael earns Rs. 100 for a ride, Alex receives Rs. 1 (1% of Rs. 100) in his driver wallet.

Example Scenario 2 - Rider Referral:

Persona: Lisa is a loyal Drife rider.

Action: Lisa refers Karen, a friend, to use Drife for her transportation needs.

Result: Karen signs up as a rider on Drife. Whenever Karen takes a ride, 1% of the driver earning for that ride is credited to Lisa's rider wallet. For instance, if Karen's ride gave driver an earning of Rs. 200, Lisa receives Rs. 2 (1% of Rs. 200) in her rider wallet.

DRIFE as Referrer

In the absence of a specific referral code or link, Drife itself acts as the default referral, and users can earn 1% based on this. This means that if a user signs up without a referral code or link, Drife becomes their de facto referrer, and DRIFE receive a 1% benefit from this default referral.

Here's a brief clarification of this process:

Default Referral by Drife:

When a new user signs up without using a specific referral code or link from another user, Drife becomes their default referrer.

Drife earns 1% of the referred user's earnings (for drivers) or fare (for riders) for each ride as a default referral bonus.

This mechanism encourages users to actively refer others to the platform to benefit from the 1% referral earnings and prevent Drife from becoming their default referrer.

Wallet Usage

Driver Wallet:

Drivers can accumulate earnings from both one-time referrals and ongoing 1% referral earnings in their driver wallet. Earnings can be withdrawn through their integrated banking channel.

Rider Wallet:

Riders can accumulate earnings from one-time referrals and ongoing 1% referral earnings in their rider wallet. These earnings can only be used to pay for rides within the Drife platform and cannot be withdrawn.
